Our client is a national building contractor
They have a requirement for BCAR/QA Administrator for a large scale building project in Sligo
Experience with Building Control Amendment Regulation to be considered
Manage documentation records for projects in compliance with all quality and regulatory requirement
Use of electronic documentation systems
Check document for compliance with project requirements, issuances of document, update registers and manage all incoming & outgoing documents
Provide administrative support to Engineering and Projects departments
Project filing/document handover process
Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
File documents in physical and digital records
Create templates for future use
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 yrs experience in BCAR / QA
Experience working with a building contractor
Experience with document management systems
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to understand technical concepts and work with technical departments and personnel to achieve goals
Well organised, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication
Salary commensurate with experience with package
