- Establish the vision, strategy and direction in line with the software engineering unit strategy and investment direction. • Help build a dynamic environment that adopts change and perceives challenges as opportunities. • Inclusive leadership of a 20-25 people to create an engaging environment, set individual goals, performance enhancement, and growth for the unit management team. Requirements : • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - software engineering, cyber and networking • Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years of experience leading multiple development groups through software development.
- Proven experience of software development methodologies, principles, procedures, software management, and support tools and services. Technical background: • AWS ecosystem - deep understanding (EC2, EMR, MKS, SQS, RDS, S3, RedShift, IoT Core,..) • Java microservices • Kafka or similar brokers • K8S • DevOps modern stack
