Front Office Coordinator


 

The Events Specialist serves as coordinator for department events, alumni/donor relations and fundraising, department facilities and front office administration. The Events Specialist supervises work-study student(s), and provides back-up for the Computational and Mathematical Administrator and the Academic Personnel Coordinator. Completes special projects for Chair, CAO and Communications Coordinator.

19. Skill in utilizing on-line systems including PAC, Bruin Buy, Travel Express, OASIS, QDB, NPEAR and EDB to order supplies and equipment, processing check requests for honoraria and stipends, complete travel reimbursements, process payroll and generate financial reports.

20. Skill in developing, monitoring and analyzing budgets. Skill in accurately compiling statistical information.
