Job Description

General responsibilities

  • Contributes to the successful definition and implementation of technology that delivers meaningful solutions to the Business Units and functions

  • Works with key stakeholders to identify problems, business needs and successfully translates them into meaningful, effective requirements and user stories that are useful to the development team

  • Is familiar with Agile Scrum activities, and working with UIUX, product owners, developers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders.

  • Conducting analyses of data and reports to identify opportunities for new product enhancements or improvements to existing processes or offerings

  • Assist the product owner with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog

  • Develop and document business processes and flow diagrams

  • Provides overall product management support where necessary

  • Keeps abreast of user experience trends and best practices, and performs UIUX focus group activities to drive best-in-class user experience of IT's core products

  • Demonstrates ability to communicate well, influence laterally and horizontally, and manage key stakeholders

  • Pays high attention to detail and is able to effectively analyze and conceptualize requirements and processes

  • Works well within high volume of work, within collaborative environments, and with projects driven heavily by deadlines Leadership responsibilities

  • Able to influence opinions and decisions when working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and with Digital and IT teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or IT Work experience

  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in digital or IT environment

  • High customer service mindset and orientation

  • Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment

  • Performs well under pressure Education
