About the job:- Help with the implementation of the applicable regulatory framework, and make sure the company will remain up to date with the latest regulatory changes;
- Point of contact for financial authorities and external counsels;
- Responsibility for supervising and ensuring a correct internal control system, as well as risk monitoring processes;
- Responsibility for the KYC/AML processes.
About the candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and risk functions, coming from private equity/venture capital, other financial regulated entities, or regulatory consulting/services firms;
- Must have strong knowledge of the Swiss financial law (especially AMLA/FinIA (GWG/FINIG);
- Ability to collaborate with external legal counsels;
- Business fluent German and English are a must.
