Female - Telecaller cum Sales and Operation Co-ordinator
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Quotations and handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Confident when dealing with clients and suppliers
- Facilitate internal and external meetings; including confirming agenda, logistics, follow-ups, etc

Requirements
Experience : 1 or more years of experience as Sales Coordinator
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)
