HR EXECUTIVE [Singapore]


 

Payroll

  • Ensure all payroll timeline is adhered to and accuracy is met for all salaries paid out
  • Checking of time attendance and roaster to ensure payment of hours are correct.
  • Ensure accurate, timely updating and maintaining employee information in the payroll system

  • Timely submissions to government authorities such as CPF Board, IRAS and etc..
  • Processing of all payroll matters and reconciliation
  • Prepare payroll-related reports on a monthly basis.

Human Resource

  • Full spectrum of the HR functions
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from managers
  • Responsible for recruitment of non-executive staff
  • Responsible for On Boarding and Off Boarding Process
  • Performance timely work pass applications/ renewal and cancellations for foreign employees
  • Advice on HR policy and procedure and good practices with the aim to enhance employee communication, engagement and performance
  • Manage performance appraisal process
  • Create and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and P-files
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or higher
  • 3 years and above of relevant working experience in the F&B industry preferred
  • Prior experience in handling payroll is an advantage
  • Familiar with Info Tech is an added advantage
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
