Our expanding tech startup, currently comprising a team of 40, seeks an experienced HR Manager to pioneer and manage our human resources functions. This position is a perfect fit for an individual who thrives on creating and implementing HR processes in a fresh environment. The HR Manager will handle diverse HR tasks, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, staff development, and adherence to labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the broader business strategy.
- Establish and reinforce policies for data management to safeguard employee data and ensure legal compliance.
- Facilitate effective management and employee relations by addressing needs, grievances, or other concerns.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Administer and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.
- Identify training needs and implement effective training programs.
- Deliver decision-supporting reports to management through HR metrics.
- Uphold legal compliance across all aspects of human resource management.
- Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues through conducting effective, thorough, and impartial investigations.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in HR Management or similar HR Executive roles.
- Driven by people-oriented and result-oriented approaches.
- Demonstrated experience with HR metrics.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Capability to structure strategy along with leadership skills.
- Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in building and managing interpersonal relationships across all company levels.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
