Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team as Managers. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the institute. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient management and delivery of technical skill training programs. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in technical education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for empowering individuals through education and skills development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective management of the institute's operations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and relevant course content.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of instructors and support staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Monitor program outcomes and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders, employers, and government agencies to enhance program relevance and facilitate job placements for students.
- Manage the institute's resources, including budgeting, procurement, and facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in technical education.
- Represent the institute in professional forums, conferences, and networking events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success and satisfaction.
- Handle student inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to support student recruitment and enrollment efforts.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., technical education, engineering, business administration).
- Proven experience in managing technical education programs or similar educational institutions.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of technical skills training methodologies, curriculum development, and instructional design principles.
- Understanding of accreditation and regulatory requirements for technical education providers.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners, employers, and government agencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in an educational setting.
- Previous experience in vocational training, apprenticeship programs, or workforce development is a plus.
