Position Overview & Main tasks

Brand & Customer Manager leads their therapeutic area and able to engage all internal and external stakeholders with their passion and vision. Inspire their co-workers in order to propose best possible solutions and achieve best possible results.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Collect customer insights and run market analysis for a clear understanding of the market landscape, customers and competitors

  • Lead cross functional teams

  • Develop and execute brand strategy based on inputs from all parts of organization as well as market insights

  • Create tactical plans and customer solutions (including significant proportion of digital marketing) based on agreed strategy

  • Calibrate KPIs and delivering upon them

  • Forecasting accurately

  • Monitor sales performance and track expenses according to budget

  • Deliver brand communication assets and key solutions towards all critical customers and stakeholders exploiting through omni-channel solutions

  • Support access to our products in the market by developing our Company solutions in close collaboration with Market Access, Policy, KASs or any other relevant teams


Education & Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum: University (economy, business or scientific) Master degree

  • Minimum: 3 years Innovative pharmaceutical commercial/marketing experience

  • Relevant Digital marketing experience is a must (min. 1 year)

  • Field experience is an asset

  • English business proficient and local language is a must

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Strong business and financial understanding
