The Role
In this autonomous role, as the Business Development Executive, it will be your responsibility to secure new clients whilst maintaining current clients and maximizing growth opportunities. You will also oversee project delivery to ensure your client is happy.
Your role:
- business development and account management
- growing the business by seeking leads and building relationships with end users
- Providing quotations to customers
- achieve sales targets / budgets and revenue kpi's
- provide relevant sales reports to management
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- identifying tender opportunities
- estimating and liaising with the project design team to ensure the installation meets the customers needs.
- minimum two years experience in a similar role - targeting commercial sectors such as healthcare, offices, governments or education sectors, highly desirable
- demonstrated experience of lead generation, creating and closing opportunities
- demonstrated ability to meet your kpi's
- Estimating / experience with fit outs, or office furniture or similar would be beneficial
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- accuracy when working with quotes
- high attention to detail
