The Clerk positions are responsible for providing clerical support to Fredericton Police Force, data entry on the Records Management system relative to tickets, Telephone Reporting queue and motor vehicle accidents. Clerks perform Criminal Record Checks and updates to daily schedules. Duties also include filing, billing, preparing letters in support of court documents, directing public for walk-ins and answering the main police telephone line, scanning and saving documents to RMS and completing a daily mail run.
