Project Manager
Artonic is seeking a Project Manager with excellent English skills to keep us organized internally and communicate with our clients.
Skills
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO/PPC/etc)
- Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Highly reliable and accountable
- Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to see projects through from concept to completion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, reprioritize, and pivot with grace
Responsibilities
- Attend meetings and take notes on action items
- Follow up with team members to make sure action items are being completed on time
- Communicate with clients to request information
- Answer inbound phone calls and route them accordingly
- Schedule meetings
- Create regular progress reports for management
- Perform QA on projects to maintain the standards expected
- Data entry
- Perform research to find answers
- Assisting management with various tasks
- Monitor time-tracking to ensure team members are tracking time properly
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English (Fluent - C2 Level)
- Must have a remote-working environment with high-speed internet that permits concentration and focus
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with prototyping/wireframing and design tools, such as Protoshare, Photoshop, Figma, Axure, etc.
- Experience with basic design principles and an eye for detail
- Experience with digital marketing
- Experience with web development
- Past agency experience
