Social Media Coordinator [United Arab Emirates]

 

We are currently seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to join our Patient education and communication team who will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and engaging with our online community through patient contact & communication, Patient Education, Patient Satisfaction and Documentation.

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Must have Minimum 2 Yrs. Work experience as a Social Media Coordinator in Abu Dhabi or UAE

· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

· Familiarity with graphic design software and basic image editing skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.

Job description:

· Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, implementing, and tracking of marketing program such as WhatsApp/SMS campaigns, event features, paid digital, social media and content marketing.

· Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.

· Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video).

· Oversees all company social media accounts management and evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.

· Research and analyze competitor advertising links and develop and implement link building strategy.

· Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

· Designing of Educational Materials for patient and staff.

· Sending Pre and Post Operative photos of patient through WhatsApp or email.

· Monitoring and Reporting of Patient Review, Feedback, Satisfaction Survey and Complaints.

· Coordinate marketing and facility events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with agencies and vendors.
