Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Knight Frank’s services to new clients
  • Expanding Knight Frank’s network and clientele
  • Develop strategy and plan to generate business for the department.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities.
  • Develop opportunities in target markets with support of branding & marketing
  • Nurturing and developing relationships with client.
  • Retain Knight Frank’s clients.
  • Coordinate with relevant business units & other key departments (where necessary).

Job description:

Lead Generation

  • Generate leads through strategic methods including:-
  • Cold call
  • Cold emails
  • Social media
  • Market intel
  • Networking
  • Referrals
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Pro-actively hunt for target organizations & establish rapport with businesses that can benefit from Knight Frank’s services and arrange for meetings / presentation.
  • Developing proposals & pitches for clients.
  • Presenting Knight Frank’s services to clients.
  • Analyse the customer base in Knight Frank to establish a common approach to retention and growth
  • Undertake research to seek for new business opportunities.

Partners and the ecosystem

  • Find and collaborate with partners and supply chain to improve Knight Frank’s brand profile.
  • Manage strategic alliances & partnerships by securing corporate/ business relationships.

Training & Development

  • Training personnel and helping team members develop business development skills.

Events

  • Attending conferences, meetings and industry events to develop business.
  • Organize and host networking events for Knight Frank including webinars and physical events - in collaboration with Branding & Marketing team.

Person Specification: The successful candidate is likely to meet all of the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Experience in lead generation and building commercial relationships with clients and ecosystem partners
  • Knowledge of marketing and business development (strategic and tactical)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Create a culture of constructive and effective communication
  • Experience in presenting services professionally.
  • Ability to contribute to development of strategy and take responsibility for delivering strategic objectives
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of different teams both internally and externally
