What’s the opportunity?
The Community Marketing Coordinator is critical to helping us reach our UK growth targets. You will promote our Community offer to parents through schools. Our Community offer includes our Qustodio parental control app and our Online Safety Hub with advice and guidance for parents on all things digital safety. You will be a well-rounded marketer with skills across planning, ideas, creative writing, data analysis, as well as strong verbal and written communication ability. Reporting to our UK Marketing Director and working closely with our Head of Education and Engagement you will
- Be the go to person for all things Community marketing.
- Plan and implement communication campaigns to promote our ‘community’ offer to schools and to empower our schools to communicate this to their parents.
- Agree uptake targets with the UK Marketing Director for our safety app and online safety hub and then review, analyse and report on performance against target.
- Identify our primary personas and their likely response triggers.
- Identify the customer communication journey in order to identify strategies and tactics to maximise parental uptake.
- Plan and write integrated communication tactics including webinars, social campaigns, email, content.
- Attend physical and online school and parent events with the Director of Education and Wellbeing which may include evenings.
- Plan and implement thought leadership strategies to win the hearts and minds of school and parental audiences about child digital safety and to ensure our solutions are understood and attractive.
- Ensure the Director of Education and Wellbeing has the sales enablement materials needed including decks, and storytelling graphics. Advice on more effective materials where needed.
- Write and plan those materials and manage the design process with our internal creative team.
- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the student digital safety and wellbeing market including competitors and statutory guidance to schools.
- Be a dependable source of marketing expertise for all stakeholders.
What will you bring?
- Minimum 4 years proven success in a creative, demand generation role ideally within the UK education sector.
- Good knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing strategy and tactics.
- Strong creative ideas.including writing ability
- Excellent marketing planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Quality orientated.
You’ll have:
- CIM Marketing qualified and/or a degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or related field.
- Full Google Workspace including Docs, Slides, Meets, Chat
- Hubspot Marketing
- Hubspot Sales CRM
