Mint Cannabis is seeking to employ an entry level Cultivation Labor Technician at its Tempe location.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Labor Technician will participate in all aspects of a large-scale commercial cultivation production facility. This position will perform all labor tasks in the grow including but not limited to: cleaning all areas of the cultivation, cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, plant training, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, waste disposal, and inventory management.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cultivation protocols and nutrient regiment.
- Manage cannabis plants with strict attention to detail.
- Follow plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all garden needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi.
- Have a positive attitude
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
- 1 year experience in a Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Facility
- Valid Identification
- Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01 and A.R.S. §36-2801.10
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of the grow warehouse.
Knowledge of the cannabis plant.
Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail.
WAGE: $14/hr
