Job Description
We seek an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our Ho Chi Minh City headquarters team. The successful candidate will oversee all human resources functions within the company, playing a critical role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment focused on learning, development, and cultural growth, in alignment with our core values of Openness, Learning Mindset, and Collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy and our core values
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a consistent pipeline of top talent
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs to support employee development
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting our company’s values and culture
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Develop and manage HR budgets and oversee HR administrative tasks
- Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably with experience in the technology or software industry (Minimum 5 years)
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent people management skills and a strong ability to engage and communicate with employees at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing learning and development programs
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Vietnam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
