The main purpose of this role is to maintain compliance to the Global SIOP process (meeting cadence, attendance, Embed and reinforce SIOP culture at site level (cross functionally), Provide support for the Regional Sales Lead & Improve feedback loops between functions within the SIOP cycle.
Job Core Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance to the Global SIOP process (meeting cadence, attendance)
- Embed and reinforce SIOP culture at site level (cross functionally)
- Provide support for the Regional Sales Lead
- Improve feedback loops between functions within the SIOP cycle
- Coordinates and owns mandatory regional SIOP review(s) / meetings
- Establishes review meeting discipline – maintains SIOP focus
- Improves the feedback loops between demand, CX, and supply functions between reviews
- Refines information for use in the Global Planning and Procurement teams
- Develops both MRO (capacity and BOM maintenance) and Spares business streams
- Establishes regular, strong Tech support links at regional level
- Supports the inventory analyst with information pertinent to the inputs forecas
