Job description:
- Responsible for altering, repairing, or modifying garments for customers based on their specifications, needs, and preferences.
- Take customers' measurements, assist in fabric selection, and arrange fittings to determine whether additional adjustments are needed.
- Proper briefing to the customer going on the alteration procedures to avoid any misunderstandings between self and customer.
- Ensure customer briefing and consent is done if additional material is required for alteration.
- Ensure quality of work (double-check the work, no pin is left within the dress)
- Assuring the Timely & Accurate delivery of work
- Ensuring all the documentation related to the alteration is done on time ( Fill alteration form & customer delivery from)
Customer orientation:
- Ensure all communication is in English.
- Ensure all information and data to be provided to the Store manager/ Supervisor, MD and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
