Tätigkeitsbereich / Responsibilities :
Design and development of mechanical components (3D & 2D) also in conjunction with Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
Design of CFRP, GFRP, metal parts (3D & 2D)

Design of positive and negative moulds (CFRP/GFRP), including layup plans
Design of part drawings and assembly drawings etc.
Preparation & administration of certification documentation and manuals
Integration studies according to installation limitations (positioning of components, weight calculation, power consumption)
Support Design of electric circuitry (system layout, wiring schematics, harness drawings)
Support and troubleshooting during sensor equipment integration
Support Equipment Tests on ground and in flight
Cooperation with other departments within Diamond Aircraft
Anforderungsprofil / Required Skills:
University degree or technical school in relevant field
At least 2 years of work experience (in aeronautics is an advantage)
Sound knowledge in working with 3D CAD programs (CATIA V5; Solid Edge ST6)
Fluent English and German (spoken and written
Experience with composite material is a benefit
Profound knowledge of MS Office
Structured, reliable team player with ability to work autonomously
The minimum collective salary for this position is € 3.400,86 gross; there is a readiness for overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
