Qualifications

  • Min 14 years’ experience in implementation of a new Service Delivery Models (GBS/ SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT etc.) as well as respective service components (BPO / SSC markets / trends, CI, governance model, performance management, organizational structure, contracting, legal aspects, office fit out, connectivity, IT, back office, visual management, and others);

    Experience in consulting / project type of work (process and/or technology transformation), with frequent Client interactions (i.e. workshops, presentations, trainings etc.);
  • At least 3 years of experience as the Transformation Program Manager and at least 5 years of experience as the Project Stream Lead / Solution Lead / Project Manager;
  • Proven record of successful transformation or improvement projects led and delivered (including responsibility for people, budget, deliverables, timeline);
  • Proven experience to create the process, technology and organizational solutions (i.e., target operating model design, organizational design and process design) including the business case for change and articulate it clearly in the form of presentation delivered to clients;
  • Experience in selling transformation projects and convincing clients for different type of process, technology, and organizational solutions (RFX response experience). Ability to deliver the sales targets related to selling the finance transformation / consulting work;
  • Very good understanding and practical experience of solutioning and implementation of latest technology solutions (at least within main domain expertise). Ability to articulate the benefits that can be delivered through intelligent automation solutions (platform solutions i.e., Blackline, Cadency, ServiceNow, High Radius, Coupa, SAP Ariba as well as RPA, ML, AI);
  • Very good knowledge and experience in at least one of the key ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle;
  • Understanding of transition and change management methodology. Be an enabler of change and deliver outcomes to clients;
  • Experience in conducting workshops and meetings with 20+ people.

Job Responsibilities

You will work across multiple global, international clients representing various industries and being leaders of their sectors. Equally important, you will lead a talented team responsible for designing, selling, and delivering end-to-end solutions and transformation programs.

Our clients - some of the world’s leading companies - operate large-scale business service operations, often across many locations and with a variety of different technologies. Your job will be to help them on their journey to achieving digital finance transformation.

Some general responsibilities would be:

  • Develop a compelling vision and value proposition followed by creation of solution and detailed transformation roadmaps for client’s domain. Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and up-sell opportunities developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness/acumen;
  • Influence the key client stakeholders to sell the vision and developed solutions leading to transformation projects being delivered by Capgemini. Develop proposals and present them to clients;
  • Lead the process and technology transformation programs, guiding Transformation Managers, Consultants and Transformation Analysts in successful development and delivery of agreed project deliverables for internal as well as for external clients. Own project deliverables but also the delivery of value and outcomes promised to client;
  • Develop the relationship with client stakeholders and manage the transformation agenda for client. Analyze available information, utilize your process and technology expertise to articulate transformation opportunities to steer clients in their transformation journey;
  • Build the team of successful transformation managers and consultants around you. Manage the team (up to 8 direct reports and 30 indirect reports).
