This exciting opportunity as a Reservations Agent role is a group support role for our team at Cheval Maison The Palm Dubai
As reservations agent, you will enjoy getting to know our product to ensure you are able to sell and promote our beautiful residences and give our customers exceptional service, whether they are booking a reservation directly or via a third party.
As part of a team, you will be dealing with a high number of reservations enquiries via telephone, email and WhatsApp and you will have a natural ability to build relationships with our guests, clients and agents to making sure any enquires are converted into Cheval.
You will also maintain strong connections with our operations team from the residences across the Cheval portfolio to enable a seamless guest journey.
We would love to hear from you if you………….
- have front office or reservation experience in a luxury hospitality setting
- can speak multiple languages, particularly if you speak fluent Arabic.
- are commercially minded and sales orientated
- if you can communicate confidently (both verbal and written)
- Have excellent attention for detail
- Have a positive attitude in everything you do
- able to demonstrate excellent customer service
