Tasks
- In collaboration with the CEO, Regional Presidents, CTO, and Directors of Data and Business Transformation, develop the AI/ML strategy for the company, including identifying areas of opportunity for AI adoption and developing strategies for AI implementation
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions to improve business processes and enhance customer experience
- Manage the ongoing AI Pricing project, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify pricing opportunities and implementing AI-powered pricing strategies
- Build and manage a team of data scientists, data engineers, and AI specialists as needed to fulfill the above strategy.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI/ML projects and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
- Work closely with Data-Team, IT-Team and Business Transformation Office to ensure the accuracy, quality, and effectiveness of AI/ML solutions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives and provide regular updates to the management team
- Work with third-party suppliers to deliver AI solutions, including evaluating potential vendors and managing vendor relationships
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning and identify potential applications of new technologies to the company's business
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the AI team
- 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI projects
- Experience building and managing a team of data scientists, data engineers, and AI specialists
- Experience working with third-party suppliers to deliver AI solutions
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL and with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch or other
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
