Job Description
The position
Organizationally, you will be affiliated with the Labeling & IFU department currently consisting of seven employees from various backgrounds. The department is tightly connected with the production and is primarily responsible for implementing new products labeling and updated labeling for existing products.
As a Change Control Academic (Labeling) in the Labeling & IFU department, your primary tasks will be to:
- Ensure that project deadlines are kept without compromising on the quality
- Create and drive Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in our Product Life Management (PLM) system
- Help plan and prioritize deliverables for cross-functional projects in collaboration with the other employees in the department
- Ensure a good collaboration with other departments, such as Research and Development (R&D), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Assurance (QA), Procurement, Planning, and the production departments.
- Coordinate implementation of changes with relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
You are detail oriented, quality minded and structured in your work and can maintain a good overview even in hectic times. We expect that you will contribute maintaining the good working environment that we appreciate very highly.
In addition, expect that you:
- Have a Bachelor- or Master of Science degree within a relevant field of education
- Are fluent in the English language, both written and verbal; Danish is highly desired
- Have previous experience with GxP from the medical device- or pharma industry
- Have previous experience with change control processes
On a personal level, you are open-minded and proactive. You enjoy working autonomously and take initiatives, but you are a true team-player as well. You have great interpersonal skills to collaborate/communicate with cross-functional teams globally.
