Handling the customers' queries and facilitate the customers to ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer calls.
Job description
- Deal with the incoming phone calls of the customers and respond to their concerns
- Developing the customer’s knowledge regarding the company, its services, pricing information, and timings.
- Handling the complaints received from the customers both through calls and emails.
- Collecting feedback from the patients/customers
- Entering the patient's detail into the database
- Maintaining the history and appointment and a schedule of the future appointment.
- Sending of messages as a reminder of taking medicine.
- Making the decision for the customers as per the need of the patients and recommend the services accordingly
- Effectively communicating with the customer and resolve their queries to make them satisfied
- Ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction by making a good and friendly relationship with them
- Ensure on-time execution of service to customers and monitor the service contract.
- Inform about the cost and price in response to the client request.
