- Job Title: Property Management Assistant - Work From Home
- Pay Rate: $1,000 per month

Job Overview
- Ensure positive customer experience managing tenant relations, client/owner inquiries, and coordinating with staff and vendors on property maintenance and repairs.
- Support Property Manager with all aspects of property management.
- Responsibilities / Job DescriptionManage communications with rental property tenants via phone, email and text.
- Document and coordinate resolution for tenant maintenance requests.
- Coordinate repairs with internal maintenance staff or external contractor vendors
- Coordinate access with tenants for repairs by our maintenance staff and vendors
- Confirm satisfactory completion of the work and mark task for completion
- Prepare maintenance invoices documenting work completed
- Coordinate with other professionals such as cleaners, appliance repair, attorneys, etc.
- Tracking and managing details in Google Sheets
- Address inquiries from property owners as needed
- Support Property Manager on other activities as needed to support all aspects of property management.

-Home office setup
- Well organized without outside noise or distraction.
- Good computer setup, dual monitors preferred.
- Reliable power and internet required. Backup systems required.
-Hours
- Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm central time, with 30 minute lunch break.
- Full-time, minimum 40 hrs per week
Be fully focused during work hours, do not work on other jobs, freelance work, or personal items
-Experience Required:
- Two or more years in administration, coordination, assistant management role.
- Preferred:US-based property management experience. Experience handling tenant or owner relations and maintenance coordination.
- Property and building systems familiarity.
- Property maintenance and repair familiarity. In order to be knowledgeable about property issues and communicate effectively about them.
