Receptionist cum Admin [United Arab Emirates]

We are looking for a young and dynamic receptionist cum admin for our Office, located in Karama, Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Should manage the front desk effectively
  • Responsible to answer calls and direct them to recipients or take the message
  • Effective English speaking composing and writing skills
  • Should manage meetings events conferences calls database mails etc
  • Receive payments and record receipts for services
  • Schedule appointments, and maintain and update appointment calendars
  • File and maintain records
  • Should have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work within a diverse atmosphere
  • You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
