We are looking for a young and dynamic receptionist cum admin for our Office, located in Karama, Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Should manage the front desk effectively
- Responsible to answer calls and direct them to recipients or take the message
- Effective English speaking composing and writing skills
- Should manage meetings events conferences calls database mails etc
- Receive payments and record receipts for services
- Schedule appointments, and maintain and update appointment calendars
- File and maintain records
- Should have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work within a diverse atmosphere
- You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
