GYM ADMINISTRATOR walk-in [Bahrain]


 

Walk-in Interview on 24th and 25th August from 10AM to 4PM

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new members. Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure staff meet performance targets. Oversee the daily operations of the gym, including facility maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
  • Schedule staff shifts, including trainers, front desk personnel, and maintenance staff.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and other resources.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of members and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Assist with membership inquiries, sign-ups, cancellations, and renewals.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment that encourages member engagement and retention.
  • Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure staff meet performance targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new members.
  • Coordinate class schedules, personal training sessions, and other fitness programs.
  • Ensure classes and programs are well-organized, adequately staffed, and meet member needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
