主動為客戶推介公司的最新服務及產品
接聽客人來電以解答客人的查詢,當中包括:貸款申請、訂單跟進、審批結果等
為客人提供最新的貸款優惠及市場資訊
如客人有興趣申請貸款,可安排客人上公司辦理手續
主動建立和保持良好的客戶關係,時刻為客人提供專業意見
Requirements
HKCEE / HKDSE 程度或以上
最少有兩年以上的電話銷售經驗、門市零售經驗或顧客服務經驗
如無經驗者,唯性格外向、對工作充滿熱誠、積極進取、有責任感亦可
具良好的表達能力、說話技巧、銷售及顧客服務技巧更佳
